These Terms of Service govern your use of the Speedy Geek Services website and any services we provide, including web development, SEO, AEO, automation, app development, design, consulting, and related digital services.

Services

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, and responsibilities are defined in a written proposal, quote, statement of work, invoice, or other project agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, content, images, approvals, and any materials needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these items may delay delivery.

Payments

Fees, deposits, milestones, retainers, and payment due dates are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused for overdue payments.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, email systems, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, or software libraries. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, final custom work created for you is assigned to you after full payment is received. Speedy Geek Services may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, templates, methods, processes, know-how, and internal systems used to perform the work.

No Guarantee of Results

We work to improve websites, visibility, usability, automation, and lead-generation systems, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, search placement, AI answer inclusion, or business outcomes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, deceptive marketing, infringement, security attacks, or any activity that interferes with the website or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy Geek Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
